great griddle, really enjoying the space and temp zones for cooking multiple items at once! plus, since its round, my husband can cook even more from the other side
The only issue I had was the way the screws were packaged. The manufacturer put them on a flimsy piece of cardboard with a plastic bubble over each type of fastener. This did not hold, especially the large 41 AA screws. As the FedEx delivery guy was rolling the box, end over end up to our front porch I heard multiple loose pieces rattling around with one screw that dropped out of the box onto our porch. We were lucky as we eventually did find all the screws. I can imagine some people who buy this griddle aren't as lucky and probably have missing pieces. This griddle was easy to put together; took about 90 minutes, but we took our time and read the instructions thoroughly. Seasoning the griddle was easy and it was fun to watch the clean, pretty surface darken and get ready for use. I seasoned it 3 times with peanut oil per the instructions. First use, I made smash burgers and I believe we'll never make regular burgers ever again. The griddle heats evenly with a only a small area right over the burners that run a little hotter than the rest of the surface. Cleaning was also easy with the griddle hot, pour water all over and scrap up any debris that is still sticking. Wipe all the water and debris in the trough into the grease cup, dump the cup, and clean-up is done. The hanger that allows the lid to hang off the edge of the trough is a good idea, but I put the cover away from the griddle while I'm cooking as I don't want to have to clean any grease off of it. I guess depending on what you cook, this might not be a problem. I did purchase a Cuisinart cover for this griddle as it will be out on our patio and exposed to the elements. I also purchased a 40-piece griddle accessory kit that has all the scrapers, mini-covers, tongs, turners, etc. that you will need. I recommend a silicone mat for at least one of the side tables. It's a nice place to rest your tools and makes for easy clean up as it can go through the dishwasher. There are pegs on the side tables that can hold your tools, but we have a dog whom I'm sure would find a greasy turner to be a very nice treat. The circular design is nice because it allowed 3 people work on the surface at the same time and not get in each other's way. So far, I have only used the griddle twice, but I love it and am looking forward to using it more and more.
The best grill! Great for any meal, easy to use!
Awesome griddle!
Its a great grill easy clean up,easy to use,
So far it is ok, but the cooking surface is thin and has already warped a bit. it would have been great if the surface had a bit of a dome to it like a Mongolian grill. Heat distribution is not as good as it could be also...It was simple to put together. Easy cleaning...The drip tray works great...The instructions claimed 2 people were needed but I never felt as if any assistance was necessary.
Several of the pieces were bent and/or warped
product sold as new was used
The grill is a nice design and larger than expected. However, the grill twice arrived damaged and with bolts falling all over the fedex truck floor, my driveway and deck. the drip pan was damaged which I beat out with a mallet and one of the legs was severely damaged. I kept the second one and did the repairs. Pathetic.
I haven't received my new grill 😔 I'm so sad. I've been waiting and waiting. It's all paid for 😢
