Cuisinart Elite Collection 4-Cup Chopper/Grinder, Die Cast

Love this machine. My first one lasted 40+ years even after using it nearly everyday. I'm sure my new one will last a longtime too. Plus, my children love it so much that I'm getting them one for their upcoming birthdays. Then I won't have to worry about mine suddenly disappearing to one of their kitchens!!!

It's lightweight, yet powerful. Given its size it is limited to smaller quantities but works like a charm to tackle my daily recipes. It is a very convenient & effective kitchen tool! I use it all the time to quickly chop and grind ingredients for my recipes. Love it!

Love this smaller chopper/grinder!! I've had a full size Cuisinart for over 30 years(that tells a LOT about Cuisinart quality and durability). It's not so handy when you are preparing meals for only 2 or 3 people— lots of parts and takes up a lot of prep space. It still has a place in my kitchen for what it can do. The Elite Mini chopper/grinder is the PERFECT size and match for prepping and mixing in small batches - right next to the cutting board. Powerful for its size, it can do what its big version can do, with ease. I really don't know why I waited so long to get the Elite 4 Cup Chopper/Grinder

Having spent far too long chopping and mincing herbs, onion, shallots, I purchased a Cuisinart Chopper. Made all the difference in how much time it took to prepare a simple salmon dish with lots of herbs. So glad I could now spend more time with guests and less time weeping over onion and shallots. 😆

This chopper is perfect, its small and manageable can handle a quartered medium onion with no issues I like that it is reversible so that you can take care of the stray large chunks that miss the blades without taking the lid off and repositioning the stray chunks like I did with my previous chopper.

I live alone in a very small apartment--I received this 4 cup chopper as a gift from my daughter-in-law at Christmas and it is my go-to food prep tool now, Had your 2 cup which is great but mostly nuts, pesto etc but this 4 cup I use to puree small batches of soup, hummus, fruit smoothies! Living alone, no room for extra appliances--wonderful product.

this is the perfect size for my two person household and the BASIC design is so easy to use! No bells and whistles (attachments) is what cuisinart does best

A great size for mincing small quantities of vegetables, cheese and to make sauce bases. I had my original for about 20 years! Easy to clean. Performs very well. I dropped the bowl on the tile and caused a crack. Thus I ordered a new one.

This thing is so powerful! Easy to clean in the top rack of the dishwasher. I have had so many cheaper versions over the years and I'm glad I finally got the one I wanted.

I had a very old cuisinart chopper, and finally the top cracked. I have had it for at least 20 years. Reordered this new one. It's lighter, sleeker and does a great job! Very reliable product!
