Fantastic coffee maker!!! Got this to replace the one we had for years and years!! The old one was still hanging in there, but we just decided to start with a new one and keep it on a good cleaning cycle! The office is thrilled and loves the tasty coffee. We make about 5-10 cups a day and everyone is happy with the new machine. So hard to find a coffee maker because the reviews can be daunting at times. This Cuisinart is doing great things in our office. Cuisinart for the WIN!!
Excellent machine! We've had numerous Keurig machines which seem to stop working correctly for various reasons within two years of ownership. We changed to this machine as we have had good luck with other Cuisinart products. Hoping that we will have the same success with this coffee maker.
This is our second single serve brewer. Our first one stopped working after about six years. This brewer fixes a cup quickly, is easy to program, and with the side mount reservoir, fits perfectly on our counter top. I have only one negative, it vibrates very loudly when brewing.
I recently got a new Cuisinart coffee maker, and honestly, it's been a solid upgrade. The coffee comes out hot (not lukewarm like some machines), and the flavor is noticeably better. You can tell it actually brews at the right temperature, which makes a big difference. What I really like is how easy it is to use. The programmable settings are simple, so I can wake up to a fresh pot without messing with a bunch of buttons half asleep. It also brews pretty fast, which matters when you need that first cup ASAP. The design is clean and looks nice on the counter, and it feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy. Cleanup is easy too, which is a big win.
I've only had this for about 4 weeks. It makes good, hot coffee. Doesn't take long. Look nice. The build quality is fair. It could use a better tray insert that doesn't vibrate so much. Also, the insert where the pods go seems to be slightly loose. All-in-all it was a good buy. I also am glad it has the 3year warranty, which is why I chose this over the competitor. I'd give 4 starts if the tray and pod insert where sturdier. Not a bad buy though...so far. It needs to last to know for sure.
Replaced my Keurig with the new Cuisinart pod coffee maker and have been somewhat disappointed. The water tank doesn't have a handle on it like my Keurig did and at times it is hard to get back on correctly after refilling it. It is also is much louder than my Keurig.
I have had this coffee maker before. The older model was better build and was a better product. The design of the head, I think will cause problems with use. The water did not flow smoothly, more of a stop start process. I used the Xhot water setting, but not impress. I returned the unit after several day of use
Does not feel sturdy when I load a coffee pod. I'm concerned that it might break if too much force is used. The amount of liquid is not consistent. Even though I always use the 8 ounce setting, sometimes the cup is only 60% full, other times the cup gets filled to the brim. This is not what I expected from a well known brand. Very disappointed. Not worth the price that I paid.
I've had a few Keurig's and a Ninja, I am amazed at how loud this machine is!! I have also programmed it to turn on and off three times and it never happens. Not happy with this machine at all. I should've kept with a Ninja!
This is the third one of these coffee makers that I've had and none of them have the coffee coming out hot! I got rid of the other one thinking there was something wrong with it until I got this one and the same thing happened. I always have it on extra hot, but it comes out warm. Not a very happy customer.
