My boyfriend bought this for me and it worked great! Easy! It started to not open the corks. I called the company and they gave me simple instructions to receive a replacement. My new one is working like a charm. Super easy. It's comforting to know they stand behind the guarantee.

Like other Cuisinart oroducts I own this one makes the difficult-for-some task of opening a corked wine bottle into a quick and easy process. You just place the opener on the bottle top, press a button and the device pierced the cork and lifts it up and out. You remove the opener and press the other button to expel the cork from the opener. Voila!

This opener was given to me as a gift. I was fine with my Wine Butler, but my wife could never get it to work smoothly. Now that I've received and we've been using the Cuisenart Wine Opener, no one has an issue. Smooth operating. Works every time. No hassle. No cork damage. Easy to reverse and remove the cork.

We have had many electric wine openers but this was the first time we bout the more expensive Cuisinart. This makes opening easier than with the cheaper models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product as a Mother's Day gift. I had been wanting one for many years and am so happy to finally own one. It works beautifully, large bottles do not to be held but regular size wine bottles need to be kept stable to use the opener.

This electric wine opener is well built and it does the job. The only issue is when you are removing the cork sometimes it doesn't remove it completely. We have read the manual and have used it numerous times with the same outcome. It's a bit tricky, but once the cork is removed it's easy to release it.

The wine opener removes the cork very efficiently. The only negative is that it does not appear to hold a charge for long if not being used. My previous opener could be used even after 1-2 weeks from being charged. I do like the Cuisinart wine opener and plan to be more diligent about keeping it charged frequently.

This product does not work. I enthusiastically ordered the first one, thinking that a Cuisinart product would be excellent. It was not. It pulled the cork out but then it was stuck. The release feature did not work. I returned the Opener asking for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same flaw, it pulled the cork, but the release feature did not work, churning on and on with no result. I returned it and took a return credit. We have had many Cuisinart products over the years but unfortunately this is not up to your standard.
