This is a must have for anyone with a cast. It goes on easily with one hand and help isn't needed. It keeps the covered area completely dry and you can use it over and over. Well worth the price paid! I tried another brand that was twice the price and was not able to put it on myself, then once on, it was so tight it left an actual mark on my arm. Highly recommend to anyone who has a cast.

Takes a little effort to stretch over my cast, but it will stretch over bit by bit until it slides down the arm of the cast and 'pops' over the end. At first the seal was quite tight (a good thing), but it has loosened over time. I've used just one of the two 'bags' for almost a month. I suspect it'll get dirty or mildewed before it starts leaking. Tip: Burp the trapped air out after putting it on. Fit it to your hand, then hold the cast to your chest. Use your free hand to stick a finger in the seal to allow the air to escape.

I purchased this product to protect my hand-to-the-elbow cast from shower water. It works great. I needed the two sleeves to work for at least a week, and one of the has lasted that long! Very flexible, tight enough around my arm to keep water and soap out, and hasn't split yet even after all the stretching to get over the casted wrist area.

These are the most amazing things ever made! I even contacted the company and told them how much I love them and use them daily. And you can use it a long time. I have used just this one for over a week now. I even used it to wash dished. I will keep these forever.

i needed this for carpal tunnel surgery. re bought it for my second surgery. each lasts two or so washes if careful. pretty nice. simple plastic, easy on hole. bit too snug for me but easily fixed. well worth it. keeps wet out. nicer than garbage bag.

I just received my order of the Curad Cast and Bandage Protector and 1 of the covers went straight to my husband's hand and arm cast and into the shower. This was his second day with out a shower because we did not want his stitches getting wet by trying plastic bags etc. He is out now and the cast cover was a big success! He does not say anything but I asked questions and he gives it 5+ stars. It was easy to get on and off for him alone without help.

I bought this to protect my soft cast when I got surgery on my wrist. It is a bit of a challenge to get over the large cast, I needed someone else to help me get on. The opening at the bottom will still require you to put tape around the plastic and your arm to make a seal so that water doesn't get inside. the plastic is strong enough for at least two or three showers. and after I removed the tape it came right off without ripping the plastic. the plastic sleeve is so long so it does get in the way but it is far better than trying to use a regular plastic bag or garbage bag. I would definitely recommend buying this if you're going to be in a cast.

Did not seal, difficult to get on. Can't return even though it doesn't fit.
