We LOVE this duck sauce. It is a great value because the jar is so large. We also use it on many non-Asian foods ( like tacos, and meat ) and it really adds to the flavor. Nice and sweet, not spicy at all. Sometimes when I get it delivered it is securely wrapped in bubble wrap, as it should be, since it is a GLASS jar, but sometimes it is just tossed into a paper mailer with a little honeycomb brown paper, and is usually so damaged I have to send it back. Seal broken, leaking inside the package.
Love this duck sauce, and the value compared to getting the smaller sizes available at grocery stores is incredible. It is unfortunately likely my last Walmart purchase, due to the utter lack of concern customer service showed about (excuse my language,) screw ups on my previous three orders.
This duck sauce has been our go to for years. It’s delicious on any type of meat if you want a sweet tangy sauce. It’s a bit pricey these days but it’s worth it. They stopped selling it in stores around me, but I was happy to see it’s still available on line.
I first had this duck sauce when living in New York. It was a number of years before it bacame available in Ohio. Have not found it in the stores. Glad it is available from Walmart.
Sweet-and-savory sauce that adds a good stickiness and flavor to barbecue meats. Also great added to sweet-and-sour sauces.
Its good stuff. I use it instead of BBQ sauce. I wish it wasnt so expensive. Nice sweet flavor but over sweet.
For some reason I can't find this product product in the Grocery stores lately. And don't remember it being this pricey either.
I add apple sauce to tang it up a bit sometimes a drop of franks to add heat. Depends on what I am dipping.
Very much like take-out restaurant packets. If you have some shrimp, pineapple chunks (canned is better), bell pepper (all colors), and water chestnuts, throw them all together with Dai Day Duck Sauce Sweet And Sour Sauce to make a quick pot of sweet %26 sour shrimp. Serve over rice.
TOO EXPENSIVE. PURCHASED @ OVER $11.00 VIA WALMART. RECENTLY PURCHASED AT MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET FOR $5.69 - NO SALE - ALWAYS SAME PRICE. WOULD LOVE A PARTIAL CREDIT FROM WALMART FOR THIS ITEM.
