The whole capsule is the width of a nickel, so it's easy to swallow, it has a pleasant lemony smell and taste. I have had problems for over two months and have been taking these capsules for one week and I have to say they have worked their magic. I have never been so happy taking a pill before these. I feel so much better, and lighter. I do not have the cramps in my side anymore, and I can actually sit and walk without pain in the flank area. You cannot go wrong with these capsules. I usually do not give such a big praise to items that I review, but these are best.

Probably by far the BEST probiotics Walmart sells! I love that they have the Omegas in them for preserving the quality. However, they still are not strong probiotics %26 dont work like the ones from Sprouts where they are kept %26 stored in a fridge. The last time I purchased these the Omegas were SUPER FISHY %26 smelled like rotten fish…Omega Oils should NEVER taste like fish as that means they are rancid %26 it can have adverse effects on your heart %26 can feed tumors %26 worsen inflammatory conditions like arthritis, asthma %26 other things. When I tried to request a return they site would not process it %26 when I went to the store they refused as they claimed all online orders must be sent back! BS %26 done buying ANYTHING that could be rancid, rotten, or expired from Walmart as I have had some canned foods that are spoiled as well!!

I am on my 3rd month of these and really like how I have been feeling. I feel more regulated and have almost zero stomach cramps after fighting cramps for years. I think they have also improved my mental health because it has been easier to manage my emotions the last few weeks. Also, less stomach pain equals less stress. The only drawback for me is the pill can be hard to swallow sometimes.

These work very well and help my stomach.

I really want to like this product, but I've never received 2 bottles in a row that were the same. Contents are either light colored or dark, and often all melting together

I don't know what it was about this product, but I was sick for days after taking it. I was vomiting and had diarrhea for days.
