DAP Patching Plaster 32 Oz White

Easy to use. Effective when used on small holes like after taking nails out or on narrow cracks. Any whole too big too deep I'm not sure it would work without mesh first but otherwise it's a must have for small quick repairs. Don't raise the price and you should have several satisfied costumers continuing to purchase it. Make sure you close the lid all they way after use to prevent drying .

I'm a girl. I never do DIY projects, but I had to patch a whole and this was like magic. It works. It dries white and after a good sand down, it looks like new. The only downfall is that it stinks, like really bad. Like the back of a fish market. But it works!

Great product for a small job and handy to have for any DIY'er. Dries quick and doesn't crack. it is cheaper to buy in a powder form but this is less messy and ready to use when needy.

Make sure to read the directions especially stirring it well. The product goes on easily and dries in a reasonable time. Price was much better than other retailers.

I needed to patch up nail / screw holes in the walls (drywall). This works perfectly. Use a stiff metal applicator. The cheap plastic joint knives are useless. Your finished job will be much smoother and much less noticeable with a good quality heavier metal blade. Delivered next day for free with my walmart membership. I let the plaster dry for 20-30 minutes and I was ready for paint touch-up. Use Sherwin William's custom computer matched touch-up paints. Expensive. But it is a spot on match. I cannot tell where I patched. Your finished job will look professional! Highly Recommended!

This container had so much water in it. I don't know if it wasn't mixed well or if someone bought it, poured a cup of water in it and returned it, but I have never had plaster this liquid. I tried mixing it but the bottom of the container was plenty wet, so the water did not absorb. Obviously the liquidity made the plaster very thin and difficult to apply. Took more coats to cover the area. Hopefully the end result will be the same.

I had a bought 2 brand new containers of this just in case but only ended up needing one at the time. Months later I opened up the 2nd tub which had never been opened before and it was disgusting. It was super liquidy, covered in horrific mold and smelled absolutely foul. This was supposed to be a brand new container that was never opened. Why was there so much liquid inside and how did it go so moldy? I had to throw the entire tub out and of course it was far too late to do a return.

I was extremely disappointed. when I opened the box, one of the containers was cracked and leaking all over. I would expect better care and better packing. unacceptable.

The first one was spilled all over the box on other items and dried out. The lid was open on the container and the contents is foul. The replacement did not have any spills but when I opened it the contents is foul and a lot of water is on the top. Would not put this on the walls.
