DAP DryDex 32 oz Pink/White Lightweight Joint Compound Putty

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use this product! I had small cracks on an uneven surface, and was able to spread the putty with a popsicle stick, and file it down, once dried, with a disposable nail file. Definitely recommend!

I love how this goes from pink to white so I know when it is dry and ready to sand. I have not had any problems with it shrinking, so it's one coat and it's done. Also I have not seen any signs of cracking once dry.

This stuff is amazing! It goes on much smoother than other brands. The pink let's you watch how quickly or what stage the drying is at. Very easy to sand a little after it dries and painting it is great!

I like the color change from applying it's pink and when it's dry it's white. The tubs are small recommend making buckets for bigger jobs.

I purchased an older home and in some spots, nail pops happen. I use this joint compound to fill in the hole after removing the pop. You only need one coat, it dries fast and you're good to go.

This joint compound is really light and apply well and great consistency. I'm a diy'er and a woman so I appreciate the ease of application and like the pink to white when dry. Easy to sand off and made my wall look 100% better.

Fast application and good quality product.

It's exactly as described so I probably shouldn't have taken a star off. It is light and it is fluffy. But not what I needed. I'm sure it's good for something, just not sure what. It almost evaporates when you use it. Just not for me.

Great for filling in holes but if you need to file you'll have to apply a coat of the regular joint compound over it because there's so many air bubbles and it has a crumble texture. I would say it can be used for tiny holes or filling in a very large hole but not alone. It's kinda like a air dry clay texture.
