DAP Fast N Final 8 oz White Lightweight Spackling Plaster

The speckle worked beautifully when I opened it. I wasn't sure if it was gonna work. It looked so much like marshmallow fluff so lightweight. But it's red onto the walls beautifully and filled in the holes. We had moved our toilet paper roll holder to one that was bigger and wider so we were able to fill in the holes to where the drywall anchors were. It dried very quickly. I was not able to finish it till the next day. I went back over some of the holes as I noticed some little dents. Let it dry for 30 minutes and then paint it right over it. Can't even tell there was damage to the walls.

If you need a quality patching product, this is it. Went on sooth, dried in minutes. For nail or screw holes, I just used my finger, dabbed the hole, wiped once - done. For bigger holes, use use a nylon mesh patching tape. Apply this stuff, smooth surface - done.

I thought without realizing this would be a cool whip sized container I missed the 8 ounces, but being like marshmallow fluff I knew it was light. They need to put a hand in the picture so people know how small it is.

I remember now I got this stuff for my niece to try to fix her windowsill, where the dog had bit it. And that's the same thing with the sandpaper. That's what it was for that's why I didn't remember it. I didn't use it. I'm seventy five, and I was really worried when that sandpaper came up on this review list, and I just couldn't figure out for the life of me.Why I had it

first wall hole patching I've done with a primer in it. always wondered why my patches were still so prominent after painting them, didn't know they needed to be primed. this product works very well for me, my patching looks much better, easy to use.

This is.good enough for small repairs around the house. Dries white. Good for small cracks, holes, etc. I prefer applying with a stiff metal putty knife or razor. Use less, not more. It may shrink slightly as it dries. Give it 24 hours. Apply a second coat if needed. If done preperly, you shouldn't be able to tell you did the repair. Fine to paint over when dry. Use light coats and avoid sanding. Sanding is mess. Free shipping with walmart . Recommended

What a great price for something so easy to use. The previous tenant didn't use the non holes in the walls for hanging their pictures etc. Just this product, (and I purchased a couple) was so easy to use with a simple plastic 99 cents putty knife, from Walmart as well. Making the job of sealing several small holes a breeze without the mess. 👍

This stuff is light and fluffy, takes a little bit longer to dry than you would expect given how lightweight the stuff is but it does a good job on smaller areas like nail holes and imperfections in the finish. It does say it is not intended for skim coat and while I would not try it on a joint, if you have a small area of imperfection it works just fine.

It was OK. I really hadn't used that kind of thing that much so I can't. I don't really have nothing to base it off of, but I'll give it you know three because I really didn't know how it compared to the other ones. I'd have to use the other ones.

Unless you're a professional or have good experience this product is difficult to use. I have experience but not with this form. It's very light and airy but does not spread well at all. It sticks to the applicator and becomes stringy and seemingly useless. That's my experience. I had to clean it off the wall and decided not to use it.
