I purchased this for a first aid kit for my daughter to take to college with her. They are a good size and easily fit int the box we chose. Although we have not tried them out, I feel it is good addition to a dorm box where there is little access to ice quickly.

I have hip soreness and these fit perfectly into my front pocket when I need to walk around and don't have access to my normal ice packs. I gave a 4 for ease of use because it was really hard to pop the inner seal to activate… but better to have it that way than activate when you're not ready… so I still gave it a 5 overall.

These are great for traveling, camping, outdoor activities, sports. instant ice when needed for emergency situations.

Great if you want insta cool non drippy portable relief for headache joint or sport injury n want something similar to what you'd get at the medi clinic. Self care n good to have handy. Keep a few in your first aid kit , kiddos “ just in case/ mommy pack, Dad's honey do supplies / post medical treatment keep it cool / or mom's “I need a moment I have my own owie” . It did take longer than initially intended for delivery but Multi pack worth it to have handy for next time. Will reorder.

Come in handle to have. kind of small packs, probably better for a child. Because of size. easy to use

the item came as described. a bit smaller than i expexted but i sid not look at the desciption.

May be the worst product I've ever purchased. You need a hammer to break the inner capsule and once it breaks after an hour of trying, it is barely cold and lasts maybe 10 minutes.
