somehow when rebuilding the home med kit, I managed to order this same item at both amazon and Walmart. and neither were as large as I thought the packages would be. but I now have many more than I will need but when I open them, I will repackage them and use in multiple med kits they will be fine for applying dabs of ointment, alcohol, peroxide and etc. on Ouchy's and booboos that happen here all the time.

I have been getting these and they are much better than the other pads because they are non-woven, they are very versatile

I am a quadriplegic therefore I use a gauze for different reasons, when I first started using these at least 10 years ago I decided to stick to these as they are a better quality than most. there are non-woven so there isn't a bunch of loose strings nor do they fall apart when used for cleaning wound site or catheter site. I have used the 4x4, the 3X3 and now the 2x2 and they are all the same quality the only difference is the dimensions. it comes in a paper envelope stacked so I usually put them inside of a Ziploc baggie or a storage container that is my makeshift rapid response or first aid kit for the things I use on a daily basis. if you don't like gauze that is woven and falls apart easily with strings all over the place you will definitely want to get these.

All I can say is that this gauze is way too thin. It almost looks transparent. It's so thin that it tears easily. I do not recommend it.
