very flavorful I love it this is my second order and I have decided to go with this bigger bottle I got the smaller one the first time! very distinguished flavors of the trinity onion celery and green pepper. we'll go great in soups stews dressings whatever you want to use it for I see myself being a repeat repeat customer LOL

This is the seasoning you want to use for just about everything it offers no heat so you can regulate that with chili or cayenne to your liking and it's salt free so you can regulate that too. Great for EVERYTHING

jar was barely filled up halfway, and i expected more for what is essentially onion, bellpepper, celery, and garlic. it is much must better to simply gather those few ingredients and cut them yourself, both in taste and price. Most recipes that would use a "trinity blend" are more complex and harder to understand substitutes or shortcuts
