I've tried a lot of Cajun seasonings over the years, and Original Ragin' Cajun is by far one of my favorites. It has the perfect balance of bold flavor and just the right amount of heat without overpowering the food. I use it on everything from chicken and seafood to vegetables, eggs, and even fries. Waaaaaayyyyy too salty!!
The Cajun flavors are excellent, however it is overshadowed by salt.It ruined my red beans and I barely put any in the pot.
