A staple in my pantry!
This is one of those seasonings that quickly becomes a kitchen staple. It adds just the right amount of Cajun flavor to everything from meats and vegetables to fries and eggs. Once you start using it, you'll find yourself reaching for it all the time.

Lower sodium delicious Cajun seasoning
This is my favorite Cajun seasoning. It works well for anything you want to season with a Cajun flair. It also has lower sodium in it than any other cajun seasoning I have found.. I use it on fish and chicken primarily but also season new potatoes or homemade French fries and bake them in the oven with olive oil and salt.

Waaaaaayyyyy too salty!!
The Cajun flavors are excellent, however it is overshadowed by salt.It ruined my red beans and I barely put any in the pot.
