Del Monte Tomato Sauce, 8 oz Can

This is my favorite tomato sauce. Wish it came in a larger can. Highly recommend it.

I would drink this from the can if I wouldn't be ostracized from my friends and family. This is so good that it tastes like soup without having anything especially weird done to it. It's just that perfect. You can use it in anything from cocktails to curry and won't be disappointed. I am surprised to leave a raving review for such a basic brand, but WOW, is this delicious.

I make homemade sauce all the time. I use Del Monte Tomato Sauce as a major ingredient in my sauce. It is a perfect balance of savory and sweet and has the taste of fresh grown tomatoes. It just makes my sauce taste smooth and delicious. I've tried making sauce with other brands and that has always been a fail. I also use it in stews and beans and veggies...it is so yummy when you sautee this sauce with fresh garlic and add green beans, A great veggie side dish! It's Del Monte Tomato Sauce for this family!

Del Monte makes a good quality tomato product for a reasonable and affordable price. They all blend well together and create a quality tomato taste and smell. Excellent shelf life. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved this brand for the ingredients. My husband made spaghetti sauce with it, and it had the perfect amount of saltines. The texture was good it smelt amazing! And has a wonderful taste and no bad after taste like some canned products do.

I paid $7.39 thinking I was getting multiple cams of this item. I received it today and there was only 1 can in my package. Very disappointed with this Walmart. I could have went to the store across the road in my area and bought 7 more for this price. I deserve a refund. Very misleading advertisement.
