This was my first time trying the Sun Vista brand. I know some folks will say black beans are black beans, but you can taste a difference. These ones had a nice bite to them as other brands usually were more mushy. The sodium seems normal to me, but they didn't taste as salty as other brands. I really enjoyed these and I found a new favorite bean brand!

These beans were so great. I literally couldn't even tell they were from a can. I used them to make chili and then I also added them into my salad and they tasted great! I think an item like this is great to keep on hand because there are so many things you can make with it

Thanks BzzAgent for sending me SunVista Black Beans to try for free! These were so good. The weather got colder over the weekend and this was perfect. The beans were the perfect flavor. I added a little chopped onion and shredded cheese for fun. Absolutely delicious! I will purchase these in the future.

I added into a salad and although they were not warmed up, they were still pretty good. Flavor-wise they are just a bit plain, but with dressing (or if you want to add your own flavoring), they were a great option. I also liked the consistency, there weren't a bunch of broken or damaged beans, which sometimes happens with canned products. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the flavor on its own is pretty plain, so you'll definitely want to season it depending on your dish. But you may want that if you are trying to add your own flavoring already anyway.
