Great computer for the price point. I actually ordered this for my 83 year old father in law and it was so easy to set up for him. It came packaged very well and did not have a large amount of excess wasteful packing material. Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a simplistic computer without all the extras.
I purchase this after purchasing another brand that did not meet my expectation. so I made another selection and I am glad I did, this more than meets my expectations.
this is a good store. this was exactly what was advertised. all the parts where accurate and in good condition. I let everyone know of the computer right away before it sold out. your next upgrade should be here!!!
I am so, so satisfied with this desktop PC! Setup was the easiest and fastest of any pc new or used that I've ordered in decades. Impeccably packed and shipped.
Works smoothly and easy to set up and use. Arrived fast when my grandma really needed a new PC. Compact and runs fast. Perfect for an at home office
I bought this as an upgrade to my previous PC. I had an i5 and this is an i7. It's a lot faster, a lot better, however the one gripe that I have is that I bought it under the assumption that I would be able to upgrade to Windows 11, but somehow I got the only i7 chip that doesn't support the Windows 11 upgrade. So that kind of sucks, but other than that I'm happy with my purchase. The delivery was fast and it's a nice machine.
I do not like the mini keyboard, but I switched back to my old one so that is not really the problem. I kept punching the Caps Lock instead of shift. The problem is upgrading to Windows 11, and this is running Windows 10. Windows 10 takes ownership of the TPM 1.2 so that I have to go into BIOS to disable it, then hopefully, I can download the drivers for TPM 2.0. The Dell site is very good about letting you know which models have 1.2. I was careful to find the specs needed to run Windows 11. My last computer did not meet the specs. How was I to know about the TPM version? First, I had to get a new monitor because the SFF did not have the correct plug in needed for my old monitor. Don't ask me what it is called. I don't know. I did notice when looking up Dell OptiPlex 7050 to plug it in that the 7050 in the full version did have it. Anyway, you know about computers, I don't. You refurbish computers. I don't. Surely, it would not have been difficult for you to install the updated 2.0 TMP drivers. It is difficult for me. Could you not have warned me of the difficulty of upgrading to Windows 11? Had it not been for that, yes, I would have loved the little computer for the price that I paid. Now I am wishing that I had bit the bullet and shelled out the desktop with Windows 11 Pro installed, Sound Blaster, and Office 365 installed with no fees for 365 that I drooled over that cost 7X as much. Well, I have until Oct to get it straightened out. I'm too stressed today to try. Hope my new speaker gets here soon. Oh, yeah, everything now is plug and play and you need the 3.0 port to attach monitor and speakers for anyone still living in the dark ages like me. And on top of all that, I'm old!
The refurbished computer was a piece of junk. Stoped working a couple days after the warranty ran out. Took it to have repaired and he said the hard drive was different computers put together so it would run, but he was not sure how they got it to pass being refurbished.
Product STOP WORKING AFTER 4 MONTHS, Internet connection was intermittently dropping my internet it wasn't until July of 2025 had I noticed it was the WiFi adapter. I reached out to the seller whom was no help the only advice he would offer is to purchase another adapter. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST PURCHASING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY EVEN IF IT COST MORE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The destop dies on me within 60 days, and now I'm without a computer, I should have bought a new one or form Amazon, Walmart refused to retruned after 30 days and you are done with it, $209 down the drain
