Purchase for Grandkids. They are active but rainy days in FL can build up energy in youngsters Purchased as alternative to outdoor play. The kids really enjoyed it. The video is very motivating and upbeat Same quality as Denise's regular exercise videos. Kids love doing the routines and “perform” their new skills when I am over Would recommend

Perfect for students.
This exercise DVD is perfect for use with students on days when raining prevents recess or physical activityoutdoors. It engages the students in very a rigorous workout.

GREAT TO DO AS A FAMILY QUALITY TIME TOGETHER FUN
My son has Autism and we do this yoga together, he loves it and enjoys it. I love it as well and we do this together and we have a great time and at the same time spending quality time together and getting healthy at the same time. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO HAD CHILDREN TO DO THIS AS A FAMILY....... IT'S GREAT........ THANK YOU SO MUCH...........

Great workout
My son, dad, & I have been working out to this video on demand for some time. We loved it soooo much that we decided to buy it. The workout is appropriate for many ages, and will make you sweat. Great value also:)
