The frames were delivered on time, in great condition. I wanted to get the exact style frame to match other frames that I had purchased in the past from Wal-Mart, these were not the exact frame I thought they were.

We have a scholarship that is awarded each year with a certificate. The certificate fits perfectly in these nice frames. And the price is reasonable.

Thought it could be better.
The frame fits the document well but for the money I was disappointed with it. The backing has the flip/push holders. I thought it was going to be a real wood frame but it was resin.

Delivery instruction not followed
Product was fine but package was left on my trashcans that were on the road. Delivery note said package was delivered to front door which is far from the truth. Gravel road were trash cans and package were left was well over 50 yards from front door and in plan site for anyone to grab if they were driving by. Product was good but I will not be ordering from Walmart again due to lack of integrity and security of where the packaged was said to be placed and where the package was placed. This showed complete disregard for package risk and customer satisfaction. I expected more and am severely disappointed.

My item was delivered broken. The frame was unwrapped (for its protection), inside a large box with 1 other item.... a 16lb bag of dry cat food. My frame was broken %26 glass was shattered. I've tried to do the replacement process but am having difficulty with that process....don't have a printer %26 don't have a car, live 40 miles away from nearest Walmart.

Poor quality, misleading color description
Ordered 4 of these. Was hoping they were the same as the ones I used to buy in store. The title of the listing says mahogany. Just noticed that the description says cherry. I received cherry. I have opened 2 of the 4 so far and they were both broken on one corner.

Two of the frames came apart before I even took them out of the box. Three came apart right after i put the certificate in it. I have to return them.

100% JUNK DO NOT BUY!!!
100% CRAP!!! They put the barcode and sticker on the cardboard stand for WALMART and it tears the black paper backing - 100% JUNK DO NOT BUY!!!
