PSORIASIS COAL TAR SHAMPOO
TRIED OTHER MEDICATED SHAMPOOS FOR PSORIASIS OF THE SCALP. THIS SHAMPOO LEAVES YOUR HAIR SOFT AND MANAGEABLE. AND HAVE HAD GOOD RESULTS USING IT. THE COLOR IS DARKER THAN MOST SHAMPOOS BUT WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

Controls the itch
I've been using this shampoo for over a year now after 4 years of dermatology visits and multiple prescriptions, it's the best solution I've tried to control my itchy scalp.

TAR SHAMPOO FOR SCALP DERMATITIS
This is what I had to get (Tar ShMPOO) for my dermatitis on my scalp. I have no doubt it will work. bu I am not happy with how it dried out my hair (static and all!). Hopefully, I will get the dermatitis knockekd out and then can get back to my normal shampoo.

Scent wasn't as strong as I expected. Only been using for a week. Have yet to notice a difference in my scalp.condition. Will continue to use and evaluate.

Shampoo for scalp problems.
Advertised as the scent smells like lemon. Smells just like asphalt. Horrible. Plus you need to leave it on for a bit so it's enough to make me nauseous. I haven't seen more than a minimal improvement in my scalp psoriasis.

DHS Tar Gel Shampoo seems to be the only available shampoo made with coal tar, which is recommended as best type of tar gel for psoriasis.
