This is one of a few supplements I have been using to improve my old lady memory. Not really sure how much this particular supplement is helping but the combo seems to be helping some. I will say this does not upset my stomach like a lot of supplements do. I will keep up the combo including this one.

I knew it was working when my field of vision had a rose colored tint. That's temporarybut I'm taking it to remove age spots and I hear that might take upwards of a year at high doses. That's when I'll be ready to give a full review with all five stars.
