I have definitely noticed that my digestion is better with this product. A few months ago I ran out and tried another digestive aid, but it didn't seem to be as effective. So I re-ordered "Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes with Probiotics", and am doing better again.

I think works very well. I am taking this for the same reason I use melatonin to sleep; as you get older your body makes a lot less of certain things you need. Like melatonin to sleep and digestive enzymes to process all the salad and smoothies and fiber you should eat for health. I have chronic gut issues. Encouraged to use Probiotic and digestive enzymes. This product fit the bill. After one month of usage, with still another month to go, have not noticed any real difference. Will give it another month. Always leery about products found just on the internet. Ive ordered 4 different Life Extension products. 2 were worthless and 2 yet TBD.
