Great Enteric coating. No oil on outside of the capsules or anywhere in the jar. No fish smell after swallowing it. Easier on the stomach. Albeit I only take 1 a day. You do need to be ok shallowing a larger capsule.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this because it contains regular fish oil as well as krill. I used to take astaxanthin separately, but this product contains it already. The sesame log and and olive fruit extract seem to be helping, in combination with the other ingredients, to ease my joint stiffness. My labs for lipids are also excellent.

I've been using about ten different Life Extension products for several decades now and my doctors are always interested in how I maintain good health. I have been taking this product twice a day for about three years. When I began I was going through a very stressful time, and I was actually losing some hair. My skin felt drier. Using this over a period of time my hair has really become thick and full again and my skin is back to normal. I know I did a lot of work on the "outside" of myself to get through my stress, but the Omegas continue to feel like they work on me deeply from the inside-out and make a big difference. I will take them forever.

After I took these for a couple of weeks I noticed a measurable difference in joint stiffness and my skin's moisture level has improved also. I recommend to all of my friends and family!

The pills are extremely large, but I did manage to swallow them for a couple of days, but, they didn't set well in my stomach and I had heart burn from them. I no longer take them.

Constantly finding capsules that have cracked and opened, releasing their contents on the rest of the capsules. This has been happening for months, fix it.

When you touch the gel capsule you then have to wash your hands because now your hands smell like fish. This has been the problem with this product for years and LEF does not seem to know how to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fishy tasting!! I've taken various brands of Omega 3s before and never had strong fishy taste. Pills are large and sometimes get caught in my throat. One dose is 3 pills. Taste + pill size = will never buy again

These pills are way too large to swallow. I choked and couldn't get them down. Please make smaller
