Bone Strength, 240 Capsules, NOW Foods

I'm much, much happier with the price than with the uber-expensive calcium I'd been taking previously. And my mom, who is 83 and with whom I share a great deal of genetic material, has been taking this for 40 years and doesn't have osteoporosis, even though she's in a high risk group. I don't have a clone of myself-a control "group" if you will-so hopefully in 25 years I also won't have osteoporosis, but I won't know what would have happened if I'd kept taking the expensive "bone building" calcium or if I hadn't taken any calcium at all. In short, reviewing vitamins is difficult.

Works for me! I could feel the difference after taking it for 3 days.

I have been taking this supplements for bone health. It has a variety of minerals that are good for your bones. I take it with additional Boron & Magnesium Glycinate. I also take Strontium Citrate, not at the same time. I hope it's working for my bones.

I've tried several other calcium supplements and feel this is the best. Many calcium supplements make me gaseous, but I've never had a problem with this one.

This product was recommended by my herbalist for my bone health. It has almost all the bone building nutrients in one capsule at a convenient price. I do take extra Vitamin D though, based on my vitamin D blood levels. I am concerned about the quality of the last two bottles I ordered from Swanson. Some of the contents of the capsules came out when I dispensed the supplements and also on the bottom of the container, so I have to wonder how much of the actual product I am getting.

Until I have a bone density test, I can't rate it. What I do know is that according to the ingredients, it should be easily assimilated which is very important.

Seller Swanson Health Products is unresponsive and dubious at best. I placed an order for three items but apparently California does not allow them to ship this product to me. That isn't the problem, however. The problem is when refunding the purchase they only refunded one item. When attempting to contact Swanson about this discrepancy (both by me as well as through Walmart customer service) our inquiries were completely ignored. It seemed like Swanson was hoping I wouldn't notice the refund of only one item so that they could pocket my money. After reaching out to Walmart again, their customer service was VERY helpful and responsive in getting this sorted out for me. I highly recommend buyers avoid this seller. Thankfully Walmart has helpful customer service.
