this is easy to assemble, easy to use and is decent quality. one change I would recommend on the instructions is to adjust the in tub legs to shorter setting in order to allow for possible height of tub floor so that the unit sets more level. I would recommend this to anyone that needs an aid into and out of the tub shower unit.

This is the greatest thing that came out with. It is so easy for me to give my mom a shower. All she has to do is sit down left her legs up and put her in the shower pull the chair out. I would recommend it to others and if I need another one, I will order it. I love it.

I use this chair to take a shower and it is just fantastic I was able to take a bath because my left leg and they are very bad and I can't get in and out of the tub anymore this was wonderful.

I got this for when I was recovering from knee surgery. The setup sliding over our bathtub was a game changer and made it so much easier to get cleaned up without fear of falling.

I bought this for my wife due to a car accident. However, she could not use the Swivel Shower Chair in our tub to take a shower because the wheel chair did not fit in our bathroom. I did not open the box. Because their are no refunds I am stuck with a new product never used and out of $218.

not very sturdy. not long enough, disabled person cannot sit on before they get into tub. they have to step into tub first. seat moves and is whobby. this company will not accept returns. even if you dont use the product. do not buy from this company. save your money.

I'm not happy that I couldn't return this item after I realized it doesn't fit in my small bathroom. I never even used or sat on this chair but y'all said you could not except this item as a return. I packed it back in its original box and I will never order anything from you on line again and I will reserve buying from your store also. I will use EBay for anything I need in the future.
