Anyone with hip/leg problems should have at least one of these - makes life so much easier and less painful. I actually keep one at home (great for PT), one in my car (for ease in getting leg into car) and one extra on hand.

This seems like an overly simple contraption. It didn't take long to learn how to use my good leg to lift the bad leg. However, it then became an aide to doing the exercises to strengthen that swollen thigh.

This leg lifter was a great help to me after my total hip replacement. It was like the one used in my physical therapy. I used it to lift my leg into bed and also helped when getting in the car.

I used this after my hip replacement surgery!! It is a good purchase for the first few weeks! It was Very helpful.

Wife had double knee replacement and they used this item at her rehab center. She wanted to continue using it at home and found it helps her a lot with stretching her ankle tendons and if need be to help lift her leg if she is tired.

Doesn't work if it is bent when shipped. Bought 2 times, both times they were shipped bent. Can't straighten the steel inside. I worked in shipping, use a longer box or put 2 boxes together to create a box long enough.

This item hurts to use on drop foot I have to put a tile in between the rope and my foot to get any kind of use out of this
