✨GREAT SUPPORT!
I've been wearing these for years %26 it makes life better! I can do everything with no worries! The XL was too big for me, I made it work but am reordering in a Medium. I wear size 5 clothes but the XS is very tight. If u are a real overweight person I doubt any size will work for you. Even if u r a smaller size, I'd try MEDIUM. They last for years and the support is excellent.

I love this item especially because it has adjustable shoulder straps. The waist should be longer for your hip area .Needs thinner strapson shoulder because mine kept rubbing my shitand you can see this when its to close to my nek.But it will do for me for now . If gets improved,notified me. THANK YOU

Works good but needs to be cut lower under arms fits just a little to tight have two sizes both do the same thing

Instant Relief!!
This takes the pressure off my upper spine instantly. The sizing is very small, though, more for skinny preteens than adults.

Works But Irritates Skin
This item does work to help straighten posture. The elastic fabric is wide and strong. However, it's also very scratchy when worn under clothing. It doesn't fit if I wear it outside my clothes, so not able to wear this item as it rubs sores under my arms.

I could not wear it on bare skin - too itchy and uncomfortable. Could be worn over a shirt.
