I have an office job and sit all day causing lower back issues. I have started wearing this back brace every day and it really helps my pain come the end of the day . So happy I tried it!

I suffer from intermittent back pain and apart from pain killers every day this is the only thing that helps. It took me a couple of days to get used to the bulk around my middle but now I have it is fine. I know it will not cure the problem but reduces the pain by about two thirds, which takes it down to a tolerable level.
I had spine fusion surgery three years ago but my back has never been the same. Though I am grateful that I can walk after the surgery, I need something to help relief the tension on my back due to the structural change resulted from the surgery. This back brace is just great and it is easy and comfy to wear. If you have back pain issues, I recommend this back brace.
I bought this for use around the house/yard chores. This is my third one. Other types don't offer lumbar pad and this one does. I probably could/should have gone up to an XL like before. I just wanted to see if a large would fit and it does, but not as comfortable. It still works fine for me just a bit tighter around my middle.
The fit is ok. I should have gone down to a large. This comes with a lumbar Velcro pad and may prove useful for driving long distance. I can tighten up the brace with the secondary adjustment straps. Overall the design seems good and will stay in place because of the secondary adjustment straps. My only concern is how long will it last. I took off one star for that reason ONLY. its great for what it is, but th padding for the lumbar support moves around when you're moving around, but it is great support
The sizing is for oriental sizing. So if you wear a medium get a X-Large. Trust me. I weigh 135 and wear size 4 pants. A medium firme like a X-SMALL does.
