Straight Forward
If you're doing physical therapy and want to continue your exercises at home or in a non-clinic setting, this is great for that. It doesn't do door damage but make sure you do lock or latch the door when using it. Great for arm, shoulder and upper back rehab and exercises.

Great dresses, roomy for size I chose!
I love the dresses! I've bought a couple more! When you are sizing you have to remember that Asian sizes are smaller %26 order accordingly, they can't pattern clothes to Western sizes, it's too erratic.. I love my dresses!

Pulley fails
After 3-4 workouts with this pulley, the plastic began to fail due to heat generated by using it. It then completely failed. The case of the pulley is made of plastic as well. The shaft got extremely hot because there is no way for the heat to dissipate - caused by the case plastic. The one shown is made of metal, but it came with a plastic case.

Would not recommend!
After 1 hr of using-over 4 days-the pully broke. It is plastic. Too much trouble to return. Quality is not good.
