While I didn't buy this for myself, I did purchase it for a friend who has sleep apnea. He previously would stack several pillows on top of each other to raise his head and trunk. With this foam wedge, the elevation is gradual and comfortable and now only needs one regular pillow for his head. He reports that breathing is more comfortable and he is sleeping better.

I purchased this foam wedge due to health problems that do not allow me to lie flat while sleeping. I have to elevate me upper body, which I have been doing with a stack of regular pillows. Now that I have this, I no longer have to wake up to keep re-adjusting the pillows. This pillow is firm, keeps it shape, and elevates my head and upper body great. If you flip it around, it is comfortable to sit upright in bed to read a book or watch TV. I have also used it for a leg rest, and is very comfortable.

I bought this wedge pillow for my 68 year old husband who has asthma and mild heart failure. It's just the right size and elevation, for his 6'2" frame, and pillows don't slide down.

I purchased this reasonably priced wedge to use after a total knee replacement. I elevate and ice my knee comfortably. I would highly recommend this for any leg elevation. Well worth my money.

This Foam Bed Wedge is an EXCELLENT BUY and surprisingly STRONG for the price!! Wonderful for watching TV or reading in bed!! Generous 12" height (1 foot) elevation. Also used by placing it on the floor with pointed side up and flat side against sofa to elevate legs slightly when sitting. Terrific product, great price!

i needed this to sleep elevated. works gr8. nice and firm, supports wonderfully. no body aches. glad i got it.

Just the right height and angle to place against the bed headboard for sitting up to read or watch TV in bed. Very comforable.

It is very helpful while sitting in bed or watching tv but it is difficult to sleep with unless you have something else for your legs.

Out of the bag it has a chemical odor that has finally faded after 2 weeks. The wedge is very firm and has been difficult to sleep on. Still trying to make it comfortable but it might not work for me.

Foam is hard, and the incline is awkward. I tried using this pillow, after foot/ankle surgery. I was not able to find a comfortable position while sleeping or sitting; foam is too stiff.
