The instructions were clear and concise. Suggest using a bed or square table to assemble, instead of the floor. Wish they had a parts list in the instructions to check for parts prior to assembly. Appreciated it was sold by Walmart rather than a reseller. As always check a resellers reputation before buying from a reseller. Am both disabled (on a cane with balance problems) and a senior (age 67). Falls need to be prevented at all costs!

Purchased this chair before. Awesome to be able to sit while showering. Sturdy and made well. Yes, I would buy again.

This is a great lightweight chair for the shower. It has a hand hold on the backrest and two on each side of the seat, so it's easy to pick up. It's also very lightweight, which is perfect if you have to handle it yourself. it's very sturdy. I have no fear of it slipping or tipping. I also use it to sit in front of the vanity to do my hair as I can't put a lot of weight on my surgical ankle. I'm really glad I chose this stool.

Larger than I thought but it is not an issue. A solid shower stall chair with adjustable height and back support. A good 300 lbs max weight capacity which is sufficient weight capacity support for the majority of individuals. It feels durable and a sturdy chair. It is manufactured of hard plastic and aluminum metal for the leg and back supports (aluminum should not rust). It has several drainage holes. I feel confident it will hold up in wet areas and designed to do so. So easy to install without using any tools.

The chair feels safe. It is not slippery when wet. Height can be adjusted according to your use. Easily constructed and v ery sturdy God value for the price,

When the package arrived and before opening the box, I could hear loose metal objects rattling about. As a result, I brought the unopened package to Walmart's Customer Service to open and verify in the event the item was damaged. What was evident were the 9 screws and 1 washer found loosely thrown within the remaining metal and plastic components. In addition, there were NO instructions on how and where the curved washer was to be installed. More importantly, this product is Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, and possibly Used. What a DISGRACE that this Medical Equipment is sold and received “As Is”… Shame on the Manufacturer and Walmart for selling this product —> BUYER BEWARE

when i started using it, the screws came through the plastic and it is unusable now. i requested a refund but this item is not refundable. there was nothing in the description that stsaed. ot eligible for a refund so im pretty upset about it. and yes, i followed the directions for assembly and used the right s rews to put it together.

Have yet to receive, FedEx driver left package at someone else door, picture he sent to me what not my home nor item, informed Walmart and they contacted FedEx and was told have to give them 48 hrs to locate and if not received in 2 days contact them for refund or reorder, very disappointed, was ordered for my 95 year old mother that's in my care at my home needed chair asap, just not happy at all! Cannot review something I never received. Can tell you FedEx is getting worse with deliveries, not my first or second or even 3rd issue with them did not know item was being delivered by them.

This is twice I have purchased this chair, The next will be from another vendor, I would not recommend anyone buying this chair, unless you plan on replacing chair once a year. I had not planned on that at all!! I doubt second chair will last a year. Good Luck

Junk. I couldn't even put it together. Cheap made and I personally would never sit on it! It is a fall risk, I know I tried. STAY AWAY! We have enough to worry about without trying to sit down and falling due to cheap unstable equipment!
