Very satisfied with my vitamin purchase. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that you can take the recommended 3 per day throughout the day. No upset stomach and will buy again.

I needed a multi-vitamin that had many times the RDA, which this in most cases does. It also has vitamins and supplements included that enables me to not have to buy several other supplements by themselves. Right now I am seeing the positive change that I was looking for, and hopefully saving money.

I was looking everywhere for a multivitamin that would replace so many of the individual supplements I've been taking. This actually has higher B's, Selenium, D3, K2, and Magnesium than I usually see. And, since I have poor absorption, I love the fact that these veg-caps have the ingredients powdered. Very much more absorbable! I definitely feel better since taking this. 3 caps per day, not bad!

Non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan caps. No artificial chemicals. This multi is complete, with better-absorbed forms of vitamins: natural mixed tocopherols, natural D3, zinc citrate, 100 mg. magnesium glycinate instead of oxide, calcium malate instead of carbonate, B12 (methyl vs cyano-cobalamin). Also compares very well with 3 mg.lutein (vs mcg), Biotin 600 mcg (expensive B vitamin), Vitamin C 300 mg. ( vs 60). Very high quality but still affordable.

High in B-vitamins with some more expensive coenzyme forms. A good dose of Vitamin D. Low in calcium since this mineral is easy to get in the diet. Men probably only need closer to 800 mg per day.

I buy this for my Mother-in-law. She has used it for a long time and likes the product. She will continue to use it and buy it.
