Honestly feel better
After 3 days this seems to be helping my energy level. I suffer from fatigue but until this version of B vitamins nothings helped. I think the key is being sustained release

Really boosts energy!
I have used slow release vitamin B complex products for about a year now. I took regular Vitamin B Complex for ten years previously. The SLO B seems to work much better and my energy level is much better than it was before! Don't expect immediate results- this will take 3 months at least to start affecting your metabolism.

Vitamin B Complex
I was having a rash on my mouth and my dentist suggested I get B Complex to help it heal. I did and it got better within a few weeks. Now it is all gone.
