DONA MARIA Traditional Pourable Mole, 9.5 oz

I recently was sent Doña Maria brand Mole to try. Let me tell you, this is a quick way to put dinner on the table. I was able to throw some chicken pieces and dump this in the pot and 30 minutes later we had delicious authentic meal! Love it and it's a great time saver

We combined our mole sauce with the nopalitos to make a dish with pork ribs. Very traditional Mexican home dish but half the time making since the mole is ready to serve and nopalitos too. Was treat to come home and have the dish ready in a very short time.

Love that it's ready to serve and very fast and convenient. I'm so glad they offer such packaging and easy to cook product. I love the fact that it's available in the USA. This mole was very tasty and I love Doña Maria products. The consistency was perfect!

I think I have known the Dona Maria mole for years, it has been in the family for as long as I can remember. The fact that they came up with a much easier way to enjoy this mole is just amazing. When my husband comes home I can have this ready in a few minutes. When my child and I get home from school/work, just a few minutes and something is ready. The taste remains delicious and I have already bought some more since we are big enchilada fans.

i was so impressed by how thick and ready the sauce was it did not needed any other ingredients added it came ready to serve i loved that it came in a nice package that was so easy to open the flavor was great with chicken so i enjoyed how quick it came out looking so good with rice i will definitely buy again

We only use Doña Maria mole in our house, we traditionally use the mole paste in glass cups but also love the convenience of the ready to serve mole in the box. Mole can be time consuming so our family usually saves it for special occasions, having a ready to serve option is nice because you can have it whenever you get a craving without having to go through the long process of preparing it. I recommend using this for enmoladas, enchiladas but with mole sauce. You can make rolled tacos with chicken or cheese filling and top them with the ready to serve mole sauce and queso fresco. Although mole is traditionally used in chicken dishes my family has tried this sauce with shrimp and it was delicious! The sauce isn't soupy or too thin and thickens up nicely. The flavor is good on its own but if you prefer a sweeter mole you can add your sweetener of choice.

The taste was different than my mom's mole, then again, everyone makes mole their own. My mom suggested heating it up and adding a tiny bit of chicken stock, then adding cooked chicken to heat up with it for a little bit. The taste not bad at all and very easy to make a dish from. I didn't try any recipes from their website, but you could pretty add whatever you want to it to make a dish. Definitely recommend.

I'm not a fan but my dad loved the mole. I gave it a try and it's not for me. However, my dad liked it so that's a plus. I like how convenient and easy it is to use. I love the small portion size so that I can cook with it with my dad in mind (since no one else would eat it). Great for making him a quick lunch and they are a ton of recipes online. Would buy again but not for myself.

This mole Was not my favorite however it was not bad. This could be because I'm used to a more red less sweet Mole. This was on the sweeter side for me but it was not bad at all. If you like it more on the sweeter side you may love this! The consistency was good.

Description of product reads 9.5 oz, however it also reads in much larger letters that it is 19.04 oz. I was surprised when I ordered what I believed to be 19 oz only to receive less than half. This description has read this for many months and not been corrected. Why has this not been corrected over such a long span of time?
