Perfect for hydration and energy. Also has plenty of potassium.. the body needs 4700 mg a day and you get 1000 in one scoop. But it's also a little high in the price but worth it..
Tastes great! I like the natural source, in addition to the economics of the container and scoop. Sometimes it's hard to get what I assume to be the calcium to dissolve in an immediate fashion; I'm going to try to let sit in my bottle next time.
i had not been feeling right since the "mystery flu" for 3 years. No energy, dehydrated, bloated. I feel great now, wake up with energy, and brain fog is gone.
It's tasty and has a good amount of magnesium per serving.
the taste is not great compared to other products..im pretty sure its the amount of stevia sweetener..i really wanted to like it more because of the potassium amounts
Taste can be more light. Taste like pill powder with a hint of flavor
You need to know this taste like licorice. I believe it is the Stevia that causes it to taste. That way I had to look up. How does Stevia taste and some people do report that it does taste like licorice
Ther are white powder when mixed, took about 10 minutes for it to dissolve.
I understand electrolyte powder doesn't usually taste good but this powder unfortunately is the worst one I've tried so far. It could be the flavor that I purchased though so I'll leave it there. The lemon raspberry combination is not for me.
Taste terrible. Bought Rasberry %26 Lemon Electrolyte Powder - 100 servings. It kind of taste like it has baking soda in it and the Rasberry Lemon just don't mask the bad taste. This was $45 wasted!!!
