At first I thought I would just try it. I wasn't expecting much, but my numbers improved to such an extent that my doctor is sure to ask questions. in a nutshell, this stuff actually works!

Dr. Mercola H2 Molecular Hydrogen - Supports Healthy Aging, Cellular Energy %26 Brain Health - You put the tablet in 8 oz of water and it should disolve quickly but these take a couple of minutes to fully disolve. I must say the taste isn't as bad as an Alka Seltzer . It did seem to make me fell somewhat better on the third day. I will have to use them longer to really know if it does as described.

This is a fizzy little pill that gives you more energy, they say. I have just started to use this fizzy little pill and have noticed I am not as tired as I sometimes was before so it is doing something I think. It doesn't have the greatest taste but if you put it with propell or a flavored water that helps the taste.

It has a very odd lemon taste to it. I only drink water so it is definitely got an aftertaste of citrus. Not a fan but I will use it to see how it works

There should be a warning label on there if you have any gut issues, IBS , SIBO , or other sensitive stomach challenges you can never take this hydrogen pill. It causes massive bloating, cramping, and gas. I almost had to go to the hospital due to the pain. If there would've been a warning label on there, I would never have bought this. I am seen by a gastrologist never brought this up because all of the ads on it say it's wonderful. If you have no stomach issues, you'll love it.

Don't really feel much of a difference. This is probably just a pill full of fillers that taints my water. Cloudy.
