The formula contains several ingredients with good track records: Magnesium hydroxide – helps neutralize odor-causing bacteria. Arrowroot powder – absorbs some moisture. Coconut oil – moisturizes the skin. Shea butter – helps reduce dryness. Jojoba oil – supports the skin barrier. Zinc ricinoleate – binds odor molecules to help reduce body odor.

My teen son has tried a lot of natural deodorants from rubbing alcohol, to plain baking soda, to baking soda based deodorants, but all of them left him stinky by the end of a stressful day. This magnesium based deodorant keeps him fresh! He says he still sweats, but less than with others. The sweating is no big deal, the stink was a big deal. Problem solved! Also, this is a much more affordable "natural" deodorant at less than $5 versus some that are $13

This smells so good! I usually buy Native but my budget can't afford it anymore. I have been looking for a clean deodorant alternative and and think this one actually has cleaner ingredients than Native and is way less expensive. I bough this scent for my husband and he hasn'r complained a bit.He has been using it for a week now. I have to admit he wasn't a fan of the Native products. He felt like he got stinky fast, he works outdoors.

I've been using aluminum free deodorant for almost 7 years now and this one is my favorite. Keeps me feeling fresh. Although if it is really hot outside or I'm working out I do have to reapply but I do not mind. Works great for me otherwise and smells amazing. It's a nice clean fresh smell.

Smells great! Really fresh. This deodorant lasts all day for me. I always had issues with solid deodorants staining my shirts and clear gel deodorants loosing their scent after half a day. I only put on a couple swips and it doesn't stay on my shirts. If you put a lot then their will be residue left on your clothes. This is the perfect scent for those of you tha prefer a fresh scent rather than sweet or floral ones.

Love this product. The fragrance is more lactonic and less rosy than I expected. Dr. Teal's is the only deodorant I use because it is free of phthalates and aluminum. Plus, it provides topical magnesium. It does leave white marks on fabrics like traditional aluminum-based products do. Works way better than any other natural or aluminum free deodorant I've tried.

This stuff is fantastic! It smells so good! I get zero body odor when I wear this, and it lasts at least 24 hours. I also don't get sweaty armpits. I have always used deodorant/antipersirant with aluminum, but switching to this was such a great decision! I will never go back!! Thanks Dr. Teals for making such a great product!

I was bedridden with an injury for 3 weeks during the blazing hot AZ summer. I applied this daily which saved me from the normal stench of the circumstances, between sponge baths. No longer bedridden and I still use it daily to keep myself smelling fresh and clean. However, it is a solid white stick. It did leave the expected white residue in my pits. Without a daily shower, it formed little white balls of itself in my pits. Not uncomfortable, just looked bad. If my shirt sleeves/arms had been tighter I wouldn't have risked wearing it because I imagine it would transfer white residue to clothing. But my shirts were super baggy and stretchy and unaffected. In the past I've had skin reactions to deodorants, none here with Dr Teal's.

This deodorant works pretty good. I've tried the other more expensive one and it works good as well. Maybe a little better than this one. But I don't want to spend that much money on a deodorant if there's not that much difference. So I would recommend this one if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

While long-lasting and effective at reducing moisture, the scent is pretty strong on initial application and quickly begins to smell unpleasant after sweating. Deodorant smell lingers after showering and scrubbing to clean it off so I was never sure if I was able to completely clean it off my skin. Scent lasting is dependent on body chemistry/natural body odor and unfortunately did not mesh well with mine.
