I ordered 5 of these, because they will wear down removing the old stuff and glue that still remains. No need to press hard with the Dremel when using, I only used 4. Arrived one day early Thanks Walmart another great job

took rust off car bumpers worked great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these, but do not buy a lot because the seem to wear out quickly. (?) I may be using them on Material inappropriate for them... I'd love to see these come in MORE GRITS, so we can Use them in more ways. Like, Brush Finishing Metal! Also, maybe a little LARGER, OOOOO YEAH. We used these to smooth out areas on Leather hard Pots + Bone Dry ware, pre-kiln. I remember having a lot of fun with them. Hint, Use in a Fan so you can keep dust away from you.
I am restoring a 1971 Rover 2000TC. British cars attract rust like bees to pollen. These brushes have been lifesavers to me. The about of restorations I have used these brushes on is extensive. I wish I could buy these in a large quantity as they get the job done very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I see these getting a lot of low-star reviews because they wear out fast. It's true… if you apply a lot of force. A lot of people make the mistake of thinking applying more pressure removes material faster. This isn't true. You just need to apply enough pressure for the edge of the buff to maintain contact. The whole point of these buffs spinning at thousands of RPMs is that the speed of the tool, plus the abrasiveness of these buffs is what removes material.
I am refinishing a piece of furniture that has very ornate decorations on it these pads work great to get the stain off these areas but as most other people have said they don't last no mater how slow you run them or how you try to make your passes. I five pack of the 180 grit would be fantastic.
Wears down too quickly, not practical for a big project at this price.
Can't afford to keep replacing this product. Wears down in no time during use, and your prices are too expensive for a few minutes worth of usage. Too bad, but have to find an alternative elsewhere at a fair price! Would not recommend because of price!
this product was terrible. i was refinishing a door with insert panels with grooves. it literally did not last 10 seconds. i thought i was using it wrong. so i attached the second one (2 in a package) and AGAIN it did not last 10 seconds. it would take 6 (or more) per insert and with 12 inserts per door that would be 72+ or more inserts with 2 per door and at near 3.00-4.00 per (2 to a package) well no refinishing product would be worth it. very terrible product and i would NOT recommend anyone to purchase it. if there one zero (0) starts that is what this product needs.
