I will definitely order this product again. Very nice quality...fragrant and tasty. I purchased these to make a dupe recipe for a name brand spice blend that I use for dips, mixes, and in everyday cooking. These worked perfectly for recreating that blend making it more affordable for frequent use.

I've purchased this twice. I love having dried spinach available to add to soup, stew, quiche, etc. This spinach is a nice deep green and cut into small pieces that I find just the right size for my recipes..

I put spinach in so many different meals. Every morning I have a one or two egg omelet with spinach. I'm so glad I invested in this dried spinach because I can throw it in the skillet with a little water put the lid on let it reconstitute and then stir it into my omelette with mushrooms or tomatoes or whatever I like to get my spinach nutrients that way and this eliminates me having to fill up my freezer with frozen spinach or try to keep fresh spinach from turning brown.

According to Professor Google, spinach is 93 percent water. This says to me that it would take 1/0.07 = 14.3 lbs of fresh spinach to make 1 pound of dried leaves. I don't know, but having 14 lbs of spinach on hand to throw into anything that seems appropriate and tasty is a great addition to my kitchen nutrition scene. We must eat green to be healthy. Magnesium is the central atom in the clorophyll molecule, and so if you are eating green you are getting magnesium which is essential to energy metabolism (Popeye was right!). And, our microbiota (gut bacteria) need cellulose to be healthy. Feed your microbiome what it needs to maintain good overall health. People have lots of environmental headwinds to work against these days and getting greens in your diet is never wrong. Dried parsley (which I also bought) is another excellent green. Thanks to everyone in this supply chain, you did great!

I have greatly enjoyed the quality and variety of bulk roasted nuts and dried fruit mixes for myself and my family.

A pound of dried spinach fills two half-gallon mason jars! I like that these are smallish, consistent sized flakes and very easy to just toss into pretty much everything. Everyone likes to joke about spinach being 105% water and a whole box shrinking into a tiny handful of cooked spinach.

I can never use fresh spinach fast enough - half of it goes to waste. Found these spinach flakes and ordered and wow. Do you know how huge a pile a pound of dehydrated spinach is? Actually, 1.5 pounds when rehydrated. Had to buy a new pantry canister to store this - 21 cups. Almost as big as a toss pillow. But not one bit of it will rot! Totally awesome. Will be adding this to my scrambled eggs and who knows what for months to come. By the way - it isn't all stems as one person complained. Really nice pieces of leaves in my bag.
