Vegetable Blend, Dried-2Lb-Dehydrated Soup Vegetables

I love this blend of dehydrated veggies. I add small amounts all the time while cooking, to add another level of flavor to soups, tomato-based sauces, chili, even roasted veggies. This blend is just the right proportions of carrots, bell peppers, parsley, and celery. They didn't use the cheaper ingredients to bulk out the mix. Worth the cost — a little goes a long way!

This is an excellent product! It may seem "costly ," but it is not. This bag rehydrates to a very large amount of vegetables. It is very tasty also. I use it in soups, casseroles, hot and cold macaroni dishes.

the product was a vegetable dry blend, but had a lot of powdered vegetable, not all solid.

Beautiful dehydrated veggies. Will use in other recipes. Made a small bowl of veggie soup and found it really sweet. I'll adjust my guess lol. Very fresh when rehydrated.
