I love having this product around. If I'm out of carrots for a recipe or want to add flavor and color to a packet of ramen, this is my go-to. They seem to last forever and take up very little space in my pantry. The container is strong and stays sealed. Highly recommend

Hubby tends to feed the wild rabbits my fresh carrots! The bunnies come everyday around the same time to the same spot to eat his treats. I bought this so I was sure to have some carrots on hand in the kitchen for cooking. I primarily use these carrots in homemade soups and it's so easy and convenient to have on hand. (I don't know if they are rabbit approved as I have a "hands off" rule for these carrots!)

These rehydrate quick and easy. Very good flavor. I plan on purchasing this item again and keeping these carrots for regular cooking as well as long term storage.

I use these for my puppies weekly home-cooked food. Much easier for her to eat than having to dice raw carrots - and much safer for my fingers.

This is a convenient way to add vegetables to recipes when you are limited on time!

Have not used the dried carrots yet, but I'm sure they will be deilshes in September when I plan to have chicken thigh stew and beef stew.

The only thing i would have liked better is if the pieces were 2x their size.

I make pepper free and gluten free soup mixes and ground veggies to give flavor to many meals.
