This wasn't heavy, my husband had no trouble snapping together. The tires are big and sturdy. The handles ,grips and brakes are so easy to use. I really like the open foot bar that folds in or out instead of having those 2 foot pedals.lt turns the walker into a very convenient transport chair......Thank you for another great product.

This was a smart purchase. Easy to assemble, solid, easy to switch modes. Wheels are big and roll smoothly. Maneuvering around the house is easy. Foot and arm rests are easy to put away. This is preferable to a wheelchair under most circumstances as long as there's someone to push it.

I got my replacement chair today. We got it put together, very easy to do. I'll let you know if I have any problems with it after I get to use it. This type of rollator/Transport chair is very supportive for me because I use it all day to get around. I'm not hard on it but it does hold up better than the ones with small wheels. Not sure what was wrong with the first chair. But it didn't sound good at all. Thank you for taking care of the problem and fast. 👍

Absolutely perfect for what I need it for. I just had a heart attack and I lose my breath pretty quickly and I get weak. This allows me to go on walks and take breaks as needed. However it also allows me to be pushed when I am too weak to continue the walk on my own. Definitely worth the price. The assembly was a bit aggravating because it kept wanting to roll away as I was trying to put it together, but having someone hold it while the other person puts the bars in made it much easier. Definitely would recommend this product.

Exactly what he wanted. Easy to put together. Beware of advertisement of delivery date . Did not come in 1 day . Took 3 days to get here. No way to track where it was. Very frustrating when it was needed right away!

Good item If you have back pain, is really hard, since you have to bend down everytime you open and close walker. If you do not have these issues, great walker to have.

Came almost fully assembled, only had to connect couple of parts. For transport and walking with rollator It is not sturdy on small dips or uneven floors, very hard to handle or Push on rough areas like parking lots, grass, carpet, etc.. works fine on Smooth surfaces. Think about what you would need it for. For doctor office Or hospital would be ok, but be careful getting in or out of elevators . Seat is hard, not comfortable,. Storage area under seat is ok.

Came very late two days when it was to be next day due to I rushed it for my doctors a appointments due to the fact I just had major back surgery ( 30 ) staples and was in need of this for getting up and getting around. Had to use my mom's cane and not easy. Having new pain that shouldn't be there but not having the proper equipment to get up properly no BLT for 6 weeks bending , lifting and twisting and this thing comes late n broken and the lady that delivered it didn't know any English to discuss for her to just take it back. Obviously if I'm doing a delivery it's cause I can't come in person because I do my shopping can't drive for another 2 weeks. They can come get this ands I've called and called Walmart very time consuming they don't speak English very well either n was told a replacement was coming. No replacement called again was told it will be refunded. No refund. I've also had to do other deliveries n I've cream melted some items past their date. Who's doing this? Employees or 3 rd party . We're to put cold items in a cold/ freezer bag if you're going to be delivering. Also look for the dates dingdongs getting expired foods and then I have to stop what I'm doing to made a call to Walmart n then be on phone for at least 30 mins no less. Ridiculous and I will have this looked into. I'm not going to TIP unless I know my order I is correct. Most of these people are lazy n don't have some of your items but yet when you check inventory they have it. This workers are lazy ands wonder why the bots are taking their jobs. Can't wait! Canceling my membership . So now I've got to call them for a 4th time. I keep logs and emails. I will get a solution for those that are receiving crappy service from Walmart Be careful ordering from here

My package arrived damaged. Took the profit out and my daughter assembled , but discovered that the part holding up the handle has been damaged and will not stay in a position to use when seated Needs to be replaced. This is something I need on a daily basis. Please reply.

I received this on March 3. No receipt no proof of 2 year warranty I purchased and it March 20 of the same month and it's not working. There's something wrong with the wheels. Of course I can't get a hold of a human being to discuss this issue.
