The flavor is good, a mix of mayonnaise and spicy (🌶️/🌶️🌶️🌶️). The texture is creamy. I would improve the container with a glass one so that it better preserves its ingredients.

It has a nice smooth, not too thick texture. The bottle is a good size and the is easily pourable this sauce is so versatile for so many different dishes.

I use this on so many of my favorite dishes - but one of my favorites would have to be on salmon or shrimp rice bowls! I'm a huge fan & use this on everything.

I'm a chef that doesn't eat seafood. I was visiting a friend and prepared a birthday dinner for her and some of her friends. I had beef tenderloin and made crab cakes. I was going to make a remoulade but saw the Dukes. It had a discount coupon on the bottle so I thought I'd give it a try. All of the guests raved about the sauce and gave it a thumbs up.
