Hello… One chewable it keeps your bowels whole it doesn’t come out like liquid, 2 chewables will make it like liquid. It’s 100% effective,hydrating the colon %26 on the plus side your stomach does not gripe!
Works quickly for my kids. If they need a little help going potty these seem to help, as they’re able to go within about 30-60min. No complaints of stomach pains or cramping from taking them
These work great if you're an adult and you don't want to use mi ra la x or anything harsh. You can just chew one. Adult products are strong and you don't want to be caught off guard but these are gentle.
i really recommend these for the kids. my daughter was having trouble pooping and i was scared to give her something and cause her cramps and pain bit these didn't.
disolves in your mouth I'm 66 and had to find something gentle and would desolve in my mouth because i don't have all my teeth. it worked gently on me. I take 1 when needed..
Be careful with these!!’ They taste so good you have to make sure you don’t eat too many. They do their job as well. I’m 36 and these are the ones that I use faithfully for my chronic constipation.
My toddler ate it with no problem so I'm guessing the taste is good sínce he doesn't like to try new things. He ate the first one very late at night and went to sleep , nothing happened, the next day I gave another one after breakfast and then he went to the toilet after a few hours .
Taste is awful but they smell good and work effectively! Took like 10 minutes with just one for my 9 year old!
Even DOUBLING UP on dose , Still did NOTHING …… DID NOT HELP AT ALL !
These are a great idea, in theory. But my five year old refused to eat them. I got her to chew on one and she said it tasted horrible. I tried to coach her through it and offered to wash it down with some juice but she ended up spitting it out in disgust. If the kids won't eat them, they're basically useless.
