It's not like eating a Hershey's or anything but it's not all that bad, either. I would suggest eating it with a full glass of water to get the best effect. It's reasonably price compared to other brands and, as far as I can tell, it works the same. I would definitely buy this again.

These chocolate laxatives are comparable to Ex-lax. I've purchased a regular strength and had the same experience that I did with the namebrand. They work very well and it does take about six hours or at least it did with me. The taste is very pleasant so make sure that you put them out of reach of children because they can be mistaken for chocolate candies they are very affordable and work as directed.

This is the same as the name brand. Taste is 4/5 as it is medication and not actually chocolate. It does have a chocolate flavor. It doesn't melt in your mouth and must be chewed thoroughly.

i use it for my daughter that has problem with constapation, it really helps her to go, she is 5 so she likes the taste of chocolate.

When you get older sometimes a little help is needed. This is the one for me. It tastes good and is easy to take.

I've used this before, so I know it does work - but today I received a delivery of a totally melted choclate laxative block! Like, I don't really feel the need to return the item because it only cost a couple of dollars and I rarely go to a store in person, but I'm not satisfied because I'm unsure how much I am actually taking at a time because I have to break off a part of the giant solid chocolate brick and say a prayer and hope for the best. I just hope I didn't take too much. It is indeed summer in Texas, but the shipment came into the cool house the moment it arrived, so clearly it was not stored properly at the store or in shipping process when it first arrived to the store. Very frustrating. I've bought similar choclate laxatives this hot time of year previously and they did not arrive melted, now I'm afraid to buy them again! I still gave 3 stars because the product itself works, but knocked off stars for poor quality/care of product during storage.
