I honestly don't know why these aren't more popular. They work extremely well, they're easy to light, natural, and reasonably priced.

This box is so much smaller than the last one I bought in store for $10. This one was $25. Very disappointed.

I could not get them to light using a cigar lighter. I had to use a propane torch. Once lit, they did a decent job of starting the fire, but I had to use a dozen sticks to insert between the logs to ignite the split logs.

The product I received was wet! So it smoked my house up! Won't order again!

I have been building fires for decades...I have a fireplace (insert), two wood fired ovens, and a firepit. I have been using fatwood for many years along with a propane torch to speed up the process. First time I ever used Duraflame brand. I typically use a propane torch to start and supplement the firestarters...all the durflame fatwood did was fill my house with thick black choking smoke. I gave it a second chance and and got the same result. The remainder of the box of Duraflame Fatwood firestarters is now in bottom of my trash can. Congratulations to your team of product developers ! Wow!
