Dymatize, Energyze Pre-Workout, Strawberry Lemonade, 30 Servings

If you're a gym bro that snorts 2 scoops of pre-workout dry, this may not be for you. On a 1-10 scale for pump it's about a 7. I like it because it has a good pick me up but doesn't make me feel overly jittery or my heart pounding. I really like the taste, it's a light taste not overpowering like some, and I just add a lemonade or lemon-lime flavor pack and it's perfect. Throw in some unflavored creatine and electrolytes mix and bang good to go. It's also on the lower end of price for most preworkout drinks

This is my favorite pre workout to take. First, its cost is definitely a fair price for 30 servings. Secondly, I dont itch after drinking it before a workout. Some pre workouts after drinking it will make your hands and face itch. Lastly, the taste is superior. It taste like juice and doesnt have a bad after taste and gives me enough energy for my workout without feeling like crashing.

I am so excited about this product! It keeps my teeth so clean and stays charged for a long time. The bristles have the right softness for my teeth and gums.

The product is very effective in giving the extra boost needed for the workouts, without causing any of the jitters that other pre-workouts cause. The taste is pleasant too, it's tasty without being too sweet. I enjoy having it chilled with ice prior to working out. It tastes like a treat and it's even very low carb. I would recommend this to anyone and I plan to continue to use this pre-workout as well as other products from this company.

I've taken this pre-workout around five times now and it provides me with a good level of focus and energy to get through my morning workout. The pre-workout doesn't make me jittery and is easy on the stomach. I like to pair this with the Dymatize ISO 100 post workout. Love the Dymatize brand!!

I really enjoyed this. Mixed easily and has a nice, light taste. I got a great burst of energy, while not feeling any jitteryness like some pre workouts can do. It kept me going strong for the full workout. I don't believe it helped to curb any appetite, but it didn't leave me feeling as though I needed anything extra during or after my workout. I typically am a power lifter.

I received this Dymatize Energyze Pre-Workout powder in Lemon Lime flavor for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I've been taking it for almost two weeks before my cardio, resistance, and strength workouts. I like that it contains no sugar or artificial colors. It gives me an immediate burst of energy and helps me feel more focused and calm. I've also noticed improvements in my endurance and strength The only minor downside for me is the strong artificial taste, which reminds me of a sweetened lemonade-flavored drink. Since I usually prefer natural unprocessed foods, the flavor feels a bit too intense and chemical-like. However, this isn't a deal breaker—just something to note. Overall, this is a great product, and I'd definitely try it again in another flavor!

I've been on a health journey and looking for something to help keep my stamina up while I'm at the gym or in a workout class. The pre-workout did just that, while I usually would last about 45 minutes at the gym before tiring out and heading out those doors, taking Dymatize Energyze Pre-Workout before heading to the gym helped me go beyond my usual 45 minutes and I was able to work out for a full 1.5 hours without tiring. This pre-workout helped me keep my stamina and gave me that extra boost I've been looking for. The taste isn't bad either, however there is an almost meat-like after taste that is a bit strange. However, the after taste isn't bad enough for me to stop taking this pre-workout.

Tastes good; easy to mix. How about another version of the peach-mango flavor with added food value? Would like to see half-caff plus 15-20g protein added to make it versatile for daily use (ie: mixed in gelatin, made with less liquid to pour over fresh fruit, etc). Often doctors and/or workouts (even housework) needs to be scheduled pre-lunch so a full meal isn't possible. This would be preferable to mixes made for milk as it's less gut-filling. I really like it hot, mixed with gelatin before bedtime to help with joint pain.

Energyze Pre-Workout (Lemon Lime) is actually pretty good. The flavor is refreshing-tart but not overpowering, and it goes down smoothly. No weird aftertaste or chalky texture, which is a big plus. Performance-wise, it gives me a solid energy boost without making me feel too jittery. I can feel it kicking in pretty quickly, keeping me focused and pushing through my workouts. No harsh crash afterward either. Overall, it's a good pre-workout, especially if you like citrus flavors. I'd definitely recommend it!
