Dymatize, Energyze Pre-Workout, Strawberry Lemonade, 30 Servings

This is my favorite pre workout to take. First, its cost is definitely a fair price for 30 servings. Secondly, I dont itch after drinking it before a workout. Some pre workouts after drinking it will make your hands and face itch. Lastly, the taste is superior. It taste like juice and doesnt have a bad after taste and gives me enough energy for my workout without feeling like crashing.

If you're a gym bro that snorts 2 scoops of pre-workout dry, this may not be for you. On a 1-10 scale for pump it's about a 7. I like it because it has a good pick me up but doesn't make me feel overly jittery or my heart pounding. I really like the taste, it's a light taste not overpowering like some, and I just add a lemonade or lemon-lime flavor pack and it's perfect. Throw in some unflavored creatine and electrolytes mix and bang good to go. It's also on the lower end of price for most preworkout drinks

I feel like this energy drink is good for your money and honestly, it does what it needs to do definitely keep you up with energy and feeling active

I am so excited about this product! It keeps my teeth so clean and stays charged for a long time. The bristles have the right softness for my teeth and gums.

Great for after lunch at work

I use Dymatize Energyze Pre-Workout Peach Mango everyday. When I work out or do cardio, I take 1 scoop with 8oz. of water (sometimes 7oz. for slightly stronger taste) at least 15-20 before & it DEFINITELY keeps me energized and helps me to get going! If not working out that day, I still take in the morning just as a boost to start my day right and keep me energized, which it does wonderfully.

I use this pre workout before heading to the gym and it's a game changer. I workout in the evening after work which means am usually tired at the end of the day, but this gives me the focus and energy boost that makes my workouts manageable. I find the caffeine in this quite high for me especially because i workout in the evening , but am still able to get a goodnight sleep. I love it

Tastes good; easy to mix. How about another version of the peach-mango flavor with added food value? Would like to see half-caff plus 15-20g protein added to make it versatile for daily use (ie: mixed in gelatin, made with less liquid to pour over fresh fruit, etc). Often doctors and/or workouts (even housework) needs to be scheduled pre-lunch so a full meal isn't possible. This would be preferable to mixes made for milk as it's less gut-filling. I really like it hot, mixed with gelatin before bedtime to help with joint pain.
