I was using optimal nutrition whey protein for along time and finally figured out it was making me feel bloated.thought I was lactose intolerant..but since I switched to this isolate protein it mixes very well with water I also put PB FIT POWDER in it best protein Iv ever had.taste very good vanilla flavor

the price point is pretty average. but the quality is great. there is no flavor,for me thats a plus. i dont like the weird after taste of other brands. i put a scoop in my coffee and use my hand frother the incorporate the powder completely. its fantastic. and 23 grams of protien in my morning coffee? great way to get that protien in. i have mixed it in with my cottage cheese or yogurt, cant even taste the powder. its not gritty either. there is no added flavor so you can put it in anything i suppose. i will definitely be buying this over and over again.

I mix this with equal parts chocolate Muscle Milk powder. Then some Creatine and fiber. I wanted a not-so-strong chocolate flavor. A strong flavor makes me crave more sweets later. This mixture stops my hunger for about 6 hours. So I escape any cravings for snacks until I'm home again and away from all the junk food.

Dispute is 100% whey , no blended or concentrated whey. Has zero carbs, no sugar, I got the creamy vanilla, has light texture, easy to mix . Worth the money, although this product is not a weight lost product, one can still use it as a meal replacement.

I mix 1 scoop of powder with 1 cup of milk, an ice cube, and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries or a banana, to sweeten. You could also use instant coffee. This product is exactly what I expected and I love it! You have to add your own sweeteners! I don't like the taste of protein powder with only milk, water, or juice. You have to be more creative than that for it to taste great but it is easy to mix into many things and create the flavor profile you want.

well 🎵gaaaawaaly!!!(it's pronounced the way private Gomer Pyle used to say it! Ha!) the thing of it is, that my diet is not quite up to the par as I would like it to be. I skip some meals and I don't always eat what I should!?! and you know I'm not the only one like that!?! I know huh?!? so no criticism from the peanut gallery!?! pleeeease!! but what I do do ( Ha! I said doo doo!) is that I make sure every morning I make a shake with "Almased" (for the unclogging of the liver!) and the scoop of "ISOPURE" to make sure I get at least some protein in my diet! I get it unflavored as not to interfere with any of the other fruit flavors that I should add to my shake!

I have tried so many protein powders I mean so many. This is one of the best non-flavored. I have not tried the flavors for that. I go to unjury because they have amazing flavors. Anyhow, I use the protein to help me stay on the keto diet because otherwise I’d be a 300 pound butterball I was 10 years ago. now I’m 152 pounds.

My kids tell me that as I get older I need more protein. This Isopure brand seems to be the best. It dissolves perfectly in my morning cup of coffee. I use the vanilla flavored one and it really adds a creamy taste. Suggestion, the coffee should not be too hot or it will curdle.

The whole reason I purchased this product originally over others is because it didn’t come in a plastic container. They’ve changed the package from a ziplock bag to a plastic tub. As the planet moves away from plastic, they’ve gone the wrong direction.

Therer is an ingredient that is missing on the bottle that could cause bad reactions for people who take medicine for or have high blood pressure issues. I had to do my own research to find out that Phenylaline is included but not listed. Please ask this company to ADD IT TO THE INGREDIENTS. It is also critical for people who suffer from PKU- Phenylkaturia disorder
