I add it to my electrolyte drinks and my green powder drinks and there's been no change to taste or texture. I had to mush some of the chunks against the glass to break them down to dissolve. It did leave a full bodied texture to my drink which was fine. Hopefully the internal benefits will outweigh the external issues with the powder.

The consistency was very light and powdery and dissolved well in my usual protein shake, though I found that it took some extra shaking to fully combine with the other ingredients. The taste was completely neutral and was quite palatable. As far as effect, I'm not sure that I can officially say that it had a huge effect on my overall health, but I do think that it helped me recover from strenuous workouts faster!

Was excited to try a colostrum product but wasn't impressed. I don't do smoothies but mix protein powders or collagen with my coffee and never have an issue. This was kind of clumpy and don't mix well although it didn't have a weird taste.
