This fan goes well with the gas heater. Makes very little noise and the fan helps circulate the air in a room.

Very easy to instal in back of heater. Just knock out small panel with flat head screw driver and hammer and install with enclosed screws. On off switch is easy to reach on back of heater.

Replacement
This fan was purchased as a replacement for a heater fan that was no longer available. I had to modify the opening this unit fit into. The fan does nor run quietly and does not move much air. It was a bit of a disappointment but was all that was available.

it's very loud and only turns on when the heater shuts off. It is very loud also.

Totally worthless.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FAN. I installed a Dyna Glo 30,000 BTU a couple of weeks ago. I installed this fan with it. The heater itself works pretty good. The fan is a different story. It works ok in manual mode, meaning the fan does come on. However, in auto mode, which is why I bought it, the fan does not come on until after the heater has shut off. It blows warm air for a few minutes, then blows cold air for about 15 minutes. Customer service somehow claims this is normal and has been no help at all. If you want fan forced warm air maybe try a Mr. Heater.

Great addition to a lethal Heater
Don't buy the dynaglow heaters. They're not catalytic AT ALL. I woke up one morning staggering and blabbing incoherently from oxygen deprivation. My lips and skin were blue and cold.. A great trip to the emergency room and a short hospital stay on oxygen therapy.
